Deepu and Nirupama, a modern couple wanted a classy yet minimal home with simple interiors in neutral tones. And we did just that! We created a warm and comfortable ambience in the living room with a false ceiling that accommodates the strip lighting as well as the spotlights. The family being avid readers, we have added a curio-cum-bookshelf and highlighted it with spotlights. To add elegance to the design, we installed solid shutters with a jaali pattern in the Puja unit.The handle-less kitchen has suede finish laminates with an eye-catching crockery-cum-bar unit. The family also wanted to make optimal use of space. So, we have made the bedroom spacious by adding storage units on the wall above the headboard and hinged wardrobes in brown and champagne shades to match the wooden flooring. For the kid’s room, we maintained the same vibe and tonality, and added a handle-less wardrobe and a foldable study table with storage units and which also doubles as a chess table.The guest bedroom has been done in Siam wood laminates with a suede finish and strip light detailing.
